Mergent Group is seeking experienced Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join the team at Olympic Dam Mine Site.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant trade certificate – Heavy Diesel or Light Vehicle Mechanic
• Construction Industry White Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• Experience with Toyota Land Cruiser, Isuzu trucks, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
• Underground work experience
• Air Conditioning ticket desirable
• Some Auto Electrical experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general services and preventative maintenance
• Use necessary electronic hand tools to replace and repair faulty parts
• Maintain vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, mechanical and electrical malfunctions, replacing parts/components, and repairing body damage
