About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) . This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy caring for medically complex patients and working closely with RNs, respiratory therapists, and physicians in a hospital setting.
What You'll Do

• Provide bedside care to LTAC patients
• Administer medications and treatments per scope of practice
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Assist with wound care, trach care, and patient mobility
• Document patient care accurately

LTAC Environment

• Hospital-based LTAC
• High-acuity, long-length-of-stay patients
