Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead technical planning and execution of M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.

Design and implement Entra ID integration strategies including domain consolidation and conditional access.

Oversee AD forest/domain migrations and trust relationships.

Perform environment assessments; inventory AD forests, domains, OU structures, GPOs, schema versions.

Identify overlapping UPNs, SIDHistory, and naming conflicts; plan mitigations.

Configure and manage migration tools (Quest preferred; ShareGate; BitTitan; Microsoft cross-tenant).

Ensure coexistence for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services.

Implement hybrid identity models and manage synchronization via Entra Connect.

Collaborate with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure governance alignment.
