M&A Associate – Energy & Infrastructure (Private Practice)

Overview

Seeking a commercially minded M&A Associate to join a highly-ranked Energy & Infrastructure practice, at a leading US law firm. The successful candidate will advise sponsors, developers, utilities, infrastructure funds, lenders, and strategic investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile transactions involving renewable energy, power generation, energy transition projects, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure, and other critical infrastructure assets. The associate will play a key role in transaction execution while working closely with partners, clients, and multidisciplinary teams across the firm.
