Must Have A Book Of Business Worth 400K To Bring TO This NYC Law Firm.
This is a Hybrid or Remote full-time role working for a well know Manhattan based law firm.
A base salary of $220K, along with bonus and benefits, can total between $1 million and $2 million annually.
YOU ARE:
A licensed partner with 2-5 years of high-end corporate transactional practice.Licensed to practice law in New York.Experienced in structuring, documenting and negotiating investment and M&A transactions, including employee stock option agreements.Practical, prepared and resourceful.
