We are looking for an M&A Manager to join our M&A Department at Dargon Energy. The adecuado candidate is passionate about the renewable energy sector and brings a strong transactional background to drive our growth strategy in national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate renewable energy asset acquisition opportunities in national and international markets.
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes: origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) for asset valuation.
• Coordinate internal teams (legal, technical, finance) and external advisors throughout deal execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in the renewables sector.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present deal recommendations to senior management and investment committee.
