本會馬術事務部轄下有位於上水馬術中心的會員騎術學校及三所分別位於屯門、薄扶林及鯉魚門公園的公眾騎術學校。為促進馬術運動，公眾騎術學校定期舉行各類馬術活動，包括小組騎術訓練課程、馬匹認養及馬術比賽。
