+ Attention to detail and able to focus on small details

+ Be able to read assembly drawings and detail prints.

+ Have proper tools to assemble standard tool packages.

+ Understand basic welding principles and practices

+ Understand basic measurement tools and proper implementation.

+ Including metric scale, calipers, micrometers, and indicators

+ Be able to operate various types of equipment, such as mills and welders.

+ Know about NAAMS standards and how they are incorporated into subassembly of tools.

+ Showing up for work on time and good attendance is necessary.

+ Understand and be able to read key sheets and stencil cylinders and units.
