**Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor. The primary goal is to prioritize safety while minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency. Technicians will perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns on the manufacturing floor.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance tasks according to schedule.
+ Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
+ Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.
+ Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical repairs.
+ Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance.
+ Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.
