The Operator I supports production by operating a variety of equipment to produce quality product per provided criteria and work instructions. This position is required to cooperate with other cross-functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards.

**Shift Hours:**


+ 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am --> must be able to train on 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm for the first few weeks.

+ Follow all safety policies and practice 6S standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees.
+ Identify and escalate potential safety risks on the floor.
