About the Role

We’re looking for a mechanically minded Machine Operator to join a leading packaging manufacturer in Penrose. You’ll start with quality checks and progress to operating machinery and basic mechanical tasks. This is a temp-to-perm role with rotating shifts and great career potential.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery in a production team environment
• Perform quality checks to maintain high standards
• Assist with mechanical adjustments (nuts, bolts, spanners)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
