**Job Title: Extruder Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated machine operator who is enthusiastic about learning new skills and becoming part of a small, close-knit team. The initial training period will take place on the day shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) for approximately 3-6 months. Once the training is complete, the role will transition to the swing shift (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).

**Responsibilities**

+ Load, move, and stack rubber and finished products.
+ Set up, operate, clean, and break down production machines.
+ Package final products.
+ Assist with inventory control.
+ Utilize measurement tools.
+ Operate forklifts to transport materials and products.
+ Mix materials and perform color matching.
+ Handle finished goods safely.
+ Properly use chemicals and bonding agents.
+ Adhere to safety rules.
+ Understand and follow quality policies and procedures.
