This includes shackling stunning and ensuring the proper flow and handling of live poultry in compliance with animal welfare safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up operate and monitor the Giblet Line to ensure proper removal of internal organs.

Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and product quality.

Ensure a continuous flow of poultry through the Giblet line.
