**Pay & Schedule:**


+ $21.00 per hour
+ Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Training: 8 hours/day

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Operate coating and grinding equipment according to established procedures
+ Load/unload parts, tools, and equipment
+ Set up fixtures and ensure proper part preparation
+ Clean and maintain processing chambers and work areas
+ Monitor cycles and ensure quality standards
+ Perform basic troubleshooting, process adjustments, and machine maintenance
+ Assist with production support activities as needed
