Job Description
We’re looking for 2 Machine Operators to join our sub‑assembly lines, one in Coil Shop and another in Sheetmetal. Both positions are for the afternoon shift (3:15pm - 11:15pm) .
Your Role: You'll report to the Sub‑Assembly Line Foreman and your busy, hands‑on tasks will include:
Coil Shop
- Determine the size of coils and adjust tooling.
- Select appropriate dies for pressing and expansion tasks.
- Adjust tooling for bending tasks.
- Load programs into the Logic Processor.
- Select jobs from the job sheet.
- Identify and cross‑check drawings with fin spacing and fin length.
- Measure the length and fin space of coils.
- Make adjustments to meet specifications.
- Change tooling to suit specific requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, including circuits, headers, and hairpin end plates.
