Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $25.35 an hour + $1.50 shift differential
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will set up and operate production equipment for sauce manufacturing while ensuring product quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards on a rotating 6pm to 6am shift schedule.
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate production equipment related to sauce operations, including kettles, contherms, sanitation equipment, depositor, and freezer.
+ Monitor line performance and achieve consistent production and cleanliness standards.
+ Instruct and support line workers to ensure proper line operation.
+ Assemble and prepare ingredients and materials for the sauce making process.
+ Weigh ingredients and prepare batches according to formulas and recipes.
+ Combine ingredients using liquefiers and batch tanks to produce finished sauce products.
