Our client is looking for a Machine Operator (Defeathering) to operate and maintain equipment that removes feathers from poultry after the scalding process. This position ensures proper function of defeathering machines to maintain production efficiency product quality and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks to ensure birds are properly slaughtered/defeathered and meet company standards.

Ensure routine cleaning and sanitation of the slaughtering scalding and defeathering equipments throughout operations to meet hygiene regulations.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.

Report mechanical issues to the maintenance and production manager for repairs.
