**Machine Operator**

**SUMMARY**
The Machine Operator is responsible for the overall production and operation of a highly complex converting machine, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, training, housekeeping, and basic crew-level maintenance. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality machine performance within the designated department while supporting overall production goals.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**


+ Set up, operate, and monitor assigned converting machinery to produce products that meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and production schedules.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or electrical issues affecting machine performance, making basic adjustments when appropriate and escalating maintenance concerns as needed.
