Responsibilities

• Operate PET bottling and packaging machinery in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
• Perform routine machine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Achieve and sustain targeted line efficiency (LE ) and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE ) levels.
• Execute machine changeovers accurately and within defined timelines.
• Carry out CIP/COP cleaning activities as per hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor and control raw material and packaging material usage, yield, and wastage.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to CCP monitoring requirements.
• Strictly follow GMP , HACCP , and 5S practices to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
