**Job Description**

The Manufacturing Associate sets up, operates, and monitors multiple CNC machines in a climate-controlled automotive manufacturing environment, performing precise quality inspections and frequent tool changes to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up multiple CNC machines at the start of and throughout each shift according to production requirements and specifications.
+ Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output throughout the shift.
+ Perform frequent tool changes on machines multiple times per shift to maintain accuracy and productivity.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to measure and verify parts meet dimensional and quality standards.
