**12-Hour Rotating Nights**

+ 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
+ Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (consistent rotation)

**OR 8-Hour Shifts**

+ Mon–Fri: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
+ Sun–Thurs: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
