We are looking for an experienced BKG & IMCA Machine Operator for Masterbatch factory to join our production team.

Machine Capacity

Output: 1.5 MT per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor BKG and IMCA equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistent product quality and optimal machine performance.
• Perform routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Minimize downtime and material waste.

Requirements

• Experience operating BKG and/or IMCA machinery.
• Good understanding of extrusion and pelletizing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
