**Position Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Molding Machine Operator** to support daily molding and casting operations. In this role, you’ll set up molds, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality production standards are met. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up molds, dies, and tooling for injection molding or ceramic casting
+ Operate molding machines and monitor cycle times
+ Adjust basic machine parameters to maintain product quality
+ Troubleshoot common defects (short shots, flashing, incomplete fills, surface issues)
