Adecco is currently hiring a Machine Shop Assistant for our manufacturing client in Victor, NY! This hands-on role supports machining and production operations by assisting with equipment operation, material handling, assembly, finishing, and quality inspections.

**Shift:** M-F 6am-230pm

**Pay:** $20–$25/hour

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assist with operating machine shop equipment, including manual lathes, saws, cutters, and related tools
+ Load and unload materials and parts from machines
+ Perform deburring, cleaning, finishing, and assembly of components
+ Inspect parts and verify dimensions using measuring tools
+ Move raw materials and finished products using appropriate equipment
+ Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and other shop functions as needed
+ Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
