The successful candidate will plan coordinate and supervise machining operations for marine and industrial components while ensuring the highest quality efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise machining of components such as shafts valves bearings pumps propeller hubs and gearboxes.
• Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish meet classification society or client requirements.
• Select appropriate cutting tools jigs fixtures and determine speeds/feeds for milling turning boring grinding etc.
• Lead and mentor machinists technicians and CNC operators; coordinate daily tasks job orders and shift plans.
