**Job Description**

The Supervisor is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality parts. This role focuses on hands-on machining, maintaining tight tolerances, and supporting production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Set up and program CNC lathes for production runs
+ Operate CNC machines and support operators as needed
+ Set up and run manual lathes and mills when required
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
+ Select and set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations
+ Conduct quality inspections using calipers and other measuring tools
+ Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed
+ Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and scrap
