Our Client is seeking a skilled Machine Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical expert for their manufacturing operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, mentoring technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Four 10-hour days (6:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  
• Four 9-hour days plus 4 hours on Friday
