Job Description

The Machine Technician will maintain, troubleshoot and optimize packaging machinery used across production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and product quality in a regulated environment. The role works on-site in Korangi, Karachi and coordinates with production, maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and implement preventive measures.

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance and calibration of packaging machines, conveyors and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults and carry out timely repairs to restore production.
• Disassemble and reassemble machine components, replace worn parts, and adjust mechanisms to ensure correct operation and product specifications.
