Perform machine and job setup, including fixture and tooling setup, alignment, offset setting, and tool changes to ensure machining accuracy and repeatability.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately, including tolerances and work instructions, to achieve zero‑defect production.
Possess a basic understanding of CNC programming, including machine setup verification and making necessary process adjustments when required.
Accurately record job operation time in the MOM system.
Conduct in‑process and final inspections to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality requirements.
