**Job Description**

This full-time, direct placement role focuses on the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical utilities within a CUB building that supplies power and services to plant production lines. The Utility Technician maintains and troubleshoots industrial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, osmosis systems, large compressors, and related mechanical and electrical equipment. This position combines hands-on maintenance, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to safety in a demanding industrial environment.

+ Conduct hourly inspections of all equipment within the CUB building to verify safe, proper, and efficient operation.
