The role is responsible for real‑time process monitoring, alarm response, field coordination, startup and shutdown support, and safe, stable operation across assigned areas. The MCR Operator utilizes a fully digitized SCADA environment to control the Monazite Processing Unit (MPU), the hydrometallurgical plant, and the Solvent Extraction Unit (SXU).
