Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Mainframe Automation System Programmer (SA + NetView) for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Need to have good understanding of mainframe concepts around starting and stopping of tasks

+ Proficient with SA+Netview administration creating / identifying / updating the PDB database.

+ Configure NetView automation tables, message processing, and command lists

+ Controlling the lifecycle of the managed resources start, start, restarting of tasks.

+ Should have knowledge of the STC required and configuring the same for SA + Netview.

+ Should have strong rexx programming knowledge

+ Should be able to understand and update the IPL/shutdown automation.

+ Work with operation/sysprog teams to identify use cases for automation and automate the same.
