Overview of duties
Batch Processing and Scheduling: Running and scheduling batch jobs, ensuring tasks are completed according to production schedules.System Monitoring: Monitoring system performance, console messages, and responding to critical alarms to maintain system availability.Technical Support: Performing 1st level technical support, troubleshooting issues.System Maintenance: Assisting in system updates, patch management, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.Key z/OS products used for the role
