Summary Of Position: The Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the care, safety, and presentation of the Dunes Harbor property. This role leads the maintenance and grounds team to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, and outdoor spaces are clean, functional, safe, and welcoming for guests, staff, and groups. This supervisor balances hands-on work, team leadership, and operational planning.
