Job Overview

This maintenance assistant role ensures that the accommodation and park remain in excellent condition. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and improvements to keep everything looking spectacular.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry – repair of doors, windows, kitchen units, walls, floors, signage, roofs, gutters, and any other wooden items.
• Landscaping – paving and fencing.
• Moving and spotting caravans, including external plumbing.
• Painting, decorating, and tiling.
• General maintenance – replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting faulty locks, cutting keys.
• Carry out maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, working with other tradespeople when necessary.
