We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support property operations during weekends and after-hours. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance requests, dispatching emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety, vendor, and asset management processes across multiple properties.

What You’ll Do

• Manage service requests (HVAC, plumbing, roof leaks)
• Coordinate with vendors and property teams
• Maintain safety, asset, and warranty records
• Support fire & life safety and security system compliance
• Monitor and respond to maintenance requests via Microsoft Teams
• Dispatch and coordinate emergency repairs during weekends and after-hours
• Track service requests (HVAC, plumbing, roof leaks)
• Follow up to ensure timely resolution and service quality
• Conduct audits and maintain maintenance documentation
