Position: Maintenance Assistant

Salary: From £24,000 to £28,000 subject to experience level

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join a busy building services team based on a very large site in London.

This person will be working alongside experienced engineers that are dealing with air conditioning, heating and electrical maintenance as well as some installations

We are looking for some to assist these engineers with their daily duties

This position will involve a lot of traveling around this large site on foot, they will be sorting out materials and parts for the other engineers as well as a hands on approach to supporting them including making sure that health and safety is adhered to.

We would like this person to have some on site maintenance experience, preferably on a commercial site. It would be a bonus if this person has done a maintenance college course, but it is not ...
