The Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of a 6-floor commercial building, including all common areas, mechanical spaces, exterior grounds, and parking facilities.

The role combines hands-on maintenance duties with concierge-level support, ensuring tenants and visitors experience a clean, functional, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Building Maintenance & Operations • Perform daily inspections of floors, common areas, stairwells, elevators, and mechanical rooms.
