Job Description:

The Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) Controller manages daily aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, and support activities for IFEC system-equipped aircraft globally. Coordinates with Maintenance teams to ensure aircraft IFEC maintenance issues are resolved. When supporting IFEC system installation, modification or reactivation at an MRO, the Controller is responsible for communicating with a customer representative to ensure the quality of workmanship meets company standards. This role is part of a team which operates shift cycles providing // coverage.
