Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and close work ordersReconciling invoices and packing slips.Process packing slipsWork closely with Maintenance Planners & Storeroom Clerk to assist them when neededAdheres to purchasing policies, procedures, regulations, and lawsMaintain in-house filing system for Equipment Maintenance RecordsAssist with storeroom organization, parts runs and inventory countsData entryOther duties as assigned.Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to l...
