Description

Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of Center facility, grounds and systems.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance required with knowledge of local building codes, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, boilers or other building systems. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.
