The company are a leading manufacturer of injection mould and extrusion moulded components and products.
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join their plastic injection moulding factory in the Worcester area.
Primary job focus The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery.
This role may also involve mentoring and overseeing the development of an apprentice engineer, making it a great opportunity for candidates with leadership potential.
Salary: £45,000–£48,000 per annum. Work Pattern - Days – Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm – some flexibility can be offered to suit individuals. Overtime will be paid at a premium rate once 39 hours have been worked. Key Responsibilities
