Maintenance Engineer (Line Engineer)

British Gypsum (East Leake Works) is looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Line Engineer) to join the team at the plant, with the purpose of managing the engineering team within the Board Plant 3 (BP3) workshop. This is a critical plant role and is a good step into a management career. It's a busy and varied role with lots of priorities including managing contractors on site, responsibility for the planned maintenance schedule, managing CAPEX project budgets, working collaboratively with stakeholders and SLT, all whilst acting as a H&S ambassador and improving our HSE standards, policies and team culture.
