We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy hospitality operation across two London sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining catering equipment, supporting building services, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the premises.
Key responsibilities
Service, repair, and fault-find on electric and gas catering equipment, including fryers, grills, cookers, and refrigeration.Support basic HVAC and plumbing maintenance.Carry out general repairs, decorating, and day-to-day fabric maintenance.Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance issues to minimise downtime.Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented environment.indeed+2Essential criteria
