Lead equipment modification, optimization, and tooling improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Develop preventive maintenance standards, maintenance procedures, and work instructions, while providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts management and external maintenance activities.
Prepare equipment reports, technical documentation, and project-related records, and support departmental initiatives.
Respond to production line emergencies and provide support during night shifts, overtime, and holiday standby when required.
