About the Role As a CBRE Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do - Oversight of tenant and building services provided by CBRE in accordance with the agreed Site Service Matrix to service types, levels and costs.
- Manage building and manufacturing field services and execute day‑to‑day operations ensuring services are in compliance with client corporate expectations, including OIMS/SSH&E/CIMS requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain regular interaction with Business Unit personnel to ensure good communication and service satisfaction, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Deliver maintenance projects for new and modified facilities, if any.
