Job Responsibilities

1. Attend to mechanical breakdowns and rectification through job orders and permits, ensuring minimal plant downtime.
2. Coordinate with other service teams to resolve plant issues and manage work order prioritization.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance and overhauling of cGMP equipment, critical equipment, and subparts according to schedule.
4. Conduct health checks on tanks, vessels, flame arresters, and safety valves; rectify identified problems promptly.
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation, shift logbooks, and history cards in accordance with GMP guidelines.
6. Ensure housekeeping standards across the workshop, plant area, and assigned premises whilst maintaining safety and GMP compliance.
7. Perform mechanical LOTO procedures in accordance with safety guidelines and conduct routine site inspections to identify potential issues.
