Job Scope System O&M & Troubleshooting
- Maintain and rectify faults across critical rolling stock and onboard subsystems:
- Traction & Propulsion: Maintain and troubleshoot VVVF Inverters, Traction Motors, and Auxiliary Power Supplies (APS).
- Safety & Braking: Oversee Pneumatic/Hydraulic braking systems, Parking Brakes, and Door Control Units (DCU) to ensure fail-safe operation.
- Mechanical Systems: Inspect and rectify issues within Bogies, Couplers, Suspension (Air Springs), and Current Collectors (Third Rail/Pantograph) and interior/exterior parts (Door, Window, Seats, Air conditioner, Signage, and communication Devices, etc.)
Quality, Safety & Compliance - Prepare and review preventive maintenance schedules, overhaul procedures, and technical checklists.
