Someone needed to provide maintenance on retail business properties. Must have a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical, painting, and the use of small equipment like mini excavator, skid steer, and zero-turn lawn mower. Keeping properties clean, repaired, and safe. Required to do maintenance on small equipment, and if capable, do minor repairs on equipment. Must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and go under buildings and in attics.Must not have a fear of working in an elevated place, whether on a ladder, in a zizzor lift, or a man lift.
