What you'll do

The primary function of the Maintenance position is to perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks to maintain a sanitary, comfortable and secure environment for the residents, visitors and staff. The tasks will include but are not limited to; maintenance, building repair, security, snow removal and plowing, grounds-keeping and transportation tasks and some housekeeping if necessary.
+ Responsible for collecting and disposing of all rubbish

+ Repair windows, doors, floors, walls and ceilings as needed

+ Install metal studs and sheetrock
